Returns & Exchanges

At CircleDNA, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and include all original tags and the provided packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
